AyurYoga |
An all levels class – AyurYoga integrates Yoga and Ayurveda in order to balance the body, mind and spirit. Ayurveda is considered the “healing side” of yoga, and together, the two disciplines provide the insight for each person to create a harmonious life. While drop-ins are welcome, it is recommended that students attend the class regularly for the most benefits. Holly Padove is both a yoga instructor and a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist. |
