
Marry Ann grew up in southern California and first began to practice yoga as a teenager. Two careers, four children, and a very busy life left her feeling depleted. In 2002, after relocating to our beautiful central coast she rediscovered yoga, started to practice daily, and began enjoying the wonderful journey that life is meant to be! By 2008 she decided to become a teacher and share the many gifts of yoga with others. She completed her 200 Hour RYT with Yoga Works and is also a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with YogaFit, Centergy (yoga/pilates), and in Aquatic exercise. She is an active volunteer with the Yoga Health Foundation, National Yoga Month, and Yoga Recess (bringing yoga to school children nationwide). Mary Ann teaches all levels of yoga, takes a personal approach to yoga and is sensitive to how the practice differs from student to student, recognizing individual learning styles. Yoga has richly blessed and changed her life and it is her goal for students to leave her class feeling renewed and replenished with a sense of growth and success.

For those new to yoga or in need of a quick refresher course, this weekend introductory course covers the fundamentals of yoga. No experience required!
