Description:
In this class we will sweat, flow, and play! Weekday classes will explore fundamentals of intermediate to advanced asanas (inversions, arm balances, backbends, etc.) culminating in a start to finish flow on the weekends. Please have at least 3 months of consistent practice under your belt before venturing into this class.

For those new to yoga or in need of a quick refresher course, this weekend introductory course covers the fundamentals of yoga. No experience required!
